We have worked with a variety of clients helping them achieve an improved understanding and better engagement with their communities. Below are a few examples of the projects we have been involved in and the results our clients achieved through working with E.ngage.

Aims & Objectives:
To develop a strategy to enable Liberty Estate Agents to engage more effectively with the local community and attract new customers in doing so.

Method:
In house consultancy was delivered, working alongside the team at Liberty Estate Agents to indentify current working patterns and identify areas for improvement, through an in depth initial diagnostic. Area mapping was also conducted to understand the demographics and trends within the surrounding community. A strategy was then created with a clear action plan, for the implementation of new ways of working to be able to have more presence in the local community and develop positive and lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.

Results:
Staff at Liberty Estate Agents are better equipped with working methods and initiatives, tailored for the company and have begun to implement them, achieving growth and expansion. New customers have been attracted and the level of customer satisfaction is increasing.

Outcomes:
Ongoing consultancy and working relationship is being developed between Liberty Estate Agents and E.ngage Consultancy. Strategies are in place and in the process of being implemented.

Aims & Objectives:
To deliver a bespoke Cultural Awareness training programme ‘Knowing Me, Knowing You’, in order to train staff at ExtraCare on how to engage with diverse groups of people, by understanding their own and other people’s culture in more depth.

Method:
In house training was delivered to equip and inspire staff with effective ways and ideas to engage with their residents and begin to develop lasting relationships with local communities. This training was delivered at Senior Management level initially and modified and repeated for frontline staff as part of an intense induction programme for one of their sites in Milton Keynes.

Results:
Staff at ExtraCare were empowered and developed cultural competency, enabling them to confidently engage with and develop positive relationships with their service users – being able to consider cultural differences which may affect service delivery.

Outcomes:
Designed and delivered effective training to equip and empower the workforce to develop cultural competence and engage more effectively with service users and local communities.

Aims & Objectives:
To offer specialist advice, recommend and implement ways in which to effectively engage with various community groups and local people in the West Midland, to raise awareness and developing their recycling project.

Method:
In house training was delivered to equip and inspire staff with effective ways and ideas to engage with local people and begin to develop lasting relationships with local communities. Research was also conducted, to identify where and when to deliver their services, to match the profile and needs of the communities engaged with.

Results:
The staff at Your Purpose were empowered and culturally competent, enabling them to confidently implement the services and achieve great results.

Outcomes:
Designed and delivered effective training to equip and empower the workforce to define their vision and implementation strategy.
Offered specialist consultancy advice in relation to ways in which Your Purpose can meet the cultural needs of the local community.

We were involved in a partnership with Birmingham City Council, Urban Living, PRP architects, Midland Heart and Primary Care Trust, delivering community consultation in Newtown, Birmingham.

Aims & Objectives:
To deliver of extensive community consultation in relation to the Masterplan regeneration development within the Newtown area of Birmingham.

Outcomes:
Community outreach (drawing on internal resources from our sister company; First Class Youth Direct), research and the organising of a community consultation event.

Outcomes:
Our internal Outreach Team successfully captured a general consensus of the community’s feelings and perception of the local area.

Outcomes:
Provided our ‘partners’ with a range of primary research that was incorporated into the master planning for future regeneration work to be conducted within the area. Worked alongside large service-providers on a strategic level, influencing and helping to shape the Masterplan for the area. E.ngage organised and delivered a hugely successful community consultation event.

Aims & Objectives:
To offer specialist advice, recommend and implement ways in which to effectively engage with various community groups and local people in the Newtown area of Birmingham. To conduct a series of consultation exercises directly with local people.

Method:
A series of consultation events were designed and delivered, whereby a wide range of older people were engaged with, many of whom continue to have active dialogue with ExtraCare Charitable Trust today, helping them to shape and deliver services that meet the needs of the local community.

Results:
ExtraCare Charitable Trust now have access to valuable feedback and information from local people in addition to potential customers and active stakeholders for a new scheme for older people, which is currently being developed in the Newtown area of Birmingham.
