Building in such a culturally diverse community means that ExtraCare have been exploring new, innovative ways of engaging with the local people. Director at E.ngage Consultancy, Melissa Shervington, has worked alongside ExtraCare Charitable Trust in a training and consultancy capacity - with Comunity Engagement being a key theme.
